长时间运动中含糖饮料的作用(文献综述)

摘要
<正> 早在1887年Chauveau已发现活动着的肌肉能摄取葡萄糖。之后在1939年Christensen实验观察到长时间跑步直至筋疲力尽后受试者发生低血糖,给糖后血糖升高并且跑步时间延长。然而,更详细地研究运动中含糖饮料的生理作用仅是近二十年的事情,对其效果至今未能取得最后一致的意见。糖饮料有助于提高运动能力 Benade(1973)曾报告,在3小时自行车运动时给蔗糖后引起受试者呼吸商升高,提示外源糖在运动中
