In this paper,according to the Quasi-Confororming Element Metnod of Prof.L.M.Tang,using a string net function to replace the plecewise polynimial, a seties of 15, 18 and 21 parameters triangular plate bending elemens (named as T15, T18, T21, in Fig.1)have been deived. some numerical examples have been worked out.
