摘要
胆汁淤积性肝病是儿童肝脏的主要疾病, 也是引起儿童死亡和残疾的重要病因之一, 近年来发病率呈上升趋势。多项证据表明, 肠道微生物群通过调节代谢和免疫反应在胆汁淤积性肝病的发病机制中发挥重要作用。然而, 该病的进展也可能影响肠道微生物群的组成, 从而加剧胆汁淤积的进程。该文重点阐述儿童肠道微生物与胆汁淤积性肝病的相关性, 并对其在胆汁淤积性肝病的发病机制及治疗中影响等相关研究进展做一综述。
