摘要：

巨细胞病毒是最常见引起先天感染的病毒,其严重性在于能导致中枢神经系统后遗症,如智力低下、感觉神经性耳聋等,对胎儿婴儿健康造成严重威胁。本文结合目前研究进展,就先天性及围产期巨细胞病毒感染的有关问题做了总结。
