脓毒症的诊断及治疗进展

摘要：

脓毒症是重症患者的常见综合征,具有极高的致死率和致残率。目前对于脓毒症的早期诊断仍缺乏有效的手段,新型生物标志物以及基因组学的发展可能带来新的突破。脓毒症治疗方面目前也较困难,其中感染源的早期鉴别以及有效的液体复苏是脓毒症治疗的根本。质谱图数据库以及宏基因测序等可为临床医生提供有用的建议。而个体化的液体复苏策略则更应贯穿整个脓毒症诊治过程。本文拟从脓毒症诊断的拟定、生物标志物的现况以及脓毒症主要诊疗策略衍变等方面作一述评。
