癫痫发病机制研究的进展与脑损伤机制

摘要
癫痫是一种慢性疾病,是由于大脑神经元突发性异常放电,导致大脑功能出现短暂的障碍。癫痫的发病机制非常复杂,其主要与离子通道和遗传、神经递质、细胞因子及免疫、神经胶质细胞等关系密切,癫痫发作通常是由于中枢神经系统兴奋与抑制间的不平衡所致。本文就癫痫发病机制的有关研究的进展进行总结,从理论上为癫痫的预防、诊断与治疗提供依据。
