本文指出政治科斯定理即为科斯定理在政治领域中的拓展,并指出政治市场的特殊规定性使得“政治像市场”的假设不能成立,因而建立在这一假设之上的政治科斯定理也不能成立。接着本文从自愿参与、政治承诺能力的缺乏、政治失败者的阻挠、再分配冲突和历史偶然性的角度阐述了政治科斯定理失灵的根源。
