摘要：

为顺应全球化竞争及高等教育大众化和信息化发展的要求,世界一流大学纷纷制定战略规划,深入推进教学改革,提升学习与教学质量。在此背景下,帝国理工学院发布了新的学习与教学战略,该战略从愿景、实施理念、实施框架等方面规划了该校教学改革的框架体系,旨在构建互动性、主动性、包容性的学习环境,对中国一流大学建设具有启示意义。
