摘要：

基于公司创业投资(CVC)领域1979年以来英文期刊数据库的检索结果,对该领域论文的年度分布、期刊分布、研究方法、理论基础、研究层面以及研究主题等情况进行了描述性统计分析。然后,依据企业参与CVC活动的影响因素、CVC的管理与运作、CVC的价值创造机制等研究主题对国外主要研究成果进行了分析和总结,最后讨论了该领域研究的不足和未来研究的重点方向。
