摘要：

新一代孕激素经结构调整后只结合孕激素受体以发挥其孕激素活性,无明显其他激素作用,受体选择性更强,疗效更佳。其中代表性的新型孕激素包括:地诺孕素、屈螺酮、醋酸诺美孕酮、曲美孕酮和和醋酸烯诺孕酮。新孕激素的设计更接近天然孕酮的结构和功能,在用于避孕和激素替代治疗时,对体内代谢和相关疾病的也产生了影响,如静脉血栓栓塞、脂类代谢和动脉硬化、雄激素过多症及乳腺肿瘤等。总之,这类孕激素还需要进行更多的基础与临床研究,以找到高效低毒的新型孕激素。
