摘要：

埃博拉病毒是一种高致病性病原体,致死率高达90%。目前尚未有批准的疫苗用于其暴露前后的预防。近年来一些自然感染的埃博拉病例数增加,且埃博拉病毒被视为生物战剂,对公共安全构成威胁,因此研究埃博拉疫苗具有十分重要的意义。近年来埃博拉疫苗研究取得了明显的进步,一些候选疫苗证实可以保护非人灵长类动物。这些疫苗包括复制缺陷型腺病毒载体、可复制VSV、HPIV-3载体疫苗,以及病毒样颗粒疫苗。由于暴露后免疫十分重要,尤其是用于自然偶发感染,保护实验室相关人员,以及应对生物攻击。因此,当前的研究主要集中在高效的暴露后疫苗,特别是一次注射即可完全保护的疫苗。
