摘要：

<正>脓毒血症(sepsis)是指由感染引起的全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syn-drome,SIRS),临床上有细菌存在或有高度可疑感染灶,它是一种全身化脓性疾病,累及全身多个器官,脓毒血症病情凶险,病死率高。近年来,尽管抗感染治疗和器官功能支持疗法取得了长足进步,但脓毒血症的病死率仍高达30%～70%[1],这些患者大部分出现了急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)。本文就脓毒血症性急性肾损伤(septic acute kidney inju-ry,SAKI)发病机制的研究进展综述如下。
