经内窥镜鼻胰管引流术防治ERCP后胰腺炎

摘要：

该文报道了２７例ＥＲＣＰ检查后有产生胰腺炎可能的高危病人，随机应用直接经内窥镜放置鼻胰管引流与非引流病人进行对照研究，结果显示：ＥＲＣＰ后病人多有短暂的胰酶升高；ＥＲＣＰ检查后胰腺炎的发生与反复插管、多次注射造影剂等原因有关；ＥＲＣＰ检查后留置鼻胰管引流可保持胰液引流通畅，防止胰管梗阻，减少胰腺炎的发生
