糖尿病与脆性骨折

摘要：
糖尿病和骨质疏松症的发病率在世界范围内普遍升高。骨质疏松症的原因是多种多样的。1型和2型糖尿病发生骨质疏松的原因也不尽相同。无论是1型还是2型糖尿病,都易导致脆性骨折的发生。尤其在老年2型糖尿病人群中,髋部骨折的发生率最高。使用PPARγ激动剂治疗2型糖尿病亦会增加骨折的风险。笔者将从糖尿病引起骨质疏松及骨折的原因及病理生理机制等方面进行阐述。
