CT引导下低温等离子射频消融术联合臭氧治疗包容型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

摘要
目的:探讨CT引导下低温等离子射频消融术联合臭氧治疗包容型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:回顾分析接受低温等离子射频消融术联合臭氧治疗的包容型腰椎间盘突出症患者79例。采用视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评估手术前后疼痛程度的变化,记录术后恢复时间和疼痛缓解时间,通过生存分析得出术后不同时间点的疼痛缓解率,以及术后疼痛缓解的相关危险因素分析。结果:部分患者在术后3.5±2.6个月时,达到稳定的疼痛缓解状态。术后12个月时,61%的患者疼痛缓解50%以上,术后24个月时,58%的患者疼痛缓解50%以上。未发现以下因素与术后疼痛缓解之间有明显相关性:性别、年龄、BMI、吸烟史、手术节段、病程和术前疼痛程度。结论:低温等离子射频消融术联合臭氧可有效治疗包容型腰椎间盘突出症,这两种技术均具有安全,微创等优点,可作为保守治疗和开放手术治疗之外,推荐的联合微创介入治疗方案。
