重视足踝部损伤的诊断与处理

摘要
<正> 在创伤骨科领域,足踝部损伤较为常见。随着我国足踝外科的不断发展,足踝部损伤已引起越来越多医生重视。本期中涉及的足踝部损伤包括:踝关节损伤、跟骨骨折、距骨骨折、足舟骨骨折、足踝部韧带损伤及皮肤软组织缺损等。由于足踝部在人体负重和应力缓冲方面具有至关重要的作用,临床上经常低估其带来的功能障碍,如治疗不当,可造成创伤性关节炎、跖痛症、神经瘤、平足症、(?)外翻等比较严重的远期并发症,因此,临床骨科医生应该对足踝部损伤的诊治加以重视。
