螺旋型旋转吸收器(Ⅱ)──烟气脱硫传质系数

The Kya,KLa and η were measuerd in the helical rotating absorber for flue gas desulphurization processes.The results showed that the volumetric mass transfer coefficients were about1～2 orders of magnitude larger than those obtained in packed columns under similar operating conditions and column diameter.The desulphurization efficiencies η for the absorption of SO2 by water were 60%～80%,which are much higher than those for conventional whirlflow plate tower.The higher the rotating speed is,the higher the Ky,KL and η will be.
