中性粒细胞CD64在成人脓毒症中的早期诊断价值

摘要
目的观察成人脓毒症时中性粒细胞表面CD64表达水平,探讨CD64对成人脓毒症早期诊断的意义。方法将58例住院成人患者脓毒症组和10例健康对照组进行血CD64的检测。结果发现脓毒症组CD64的水平较健康对照组有显著升高(P<0.001),而当CD64取截断值为1.075%,其诊断脓毒症的敏感度为98.3%,特异度为90.0%。结论成人脓毒症时血中性粒细胞表面CD64表达水平明显增加,可考虑作为成人脓毒症早期诊断指标。
