海南石斛属和金石斛属植物多糖及氨基酸含量分析

摘要：

The polysaccharide and amino acid ingredients of 8 species in Dendrobium Sw. and Flickingeria A. D. Hawkes were analysed.\ TheresultsshowedthatDendrobiumhercoglossumRchb. f.contained the highest quantity of polysaccharide （30.56%）, but D. terminale Par. et Rchb. had the least quantity （8.97%）. Flickingeria fimbriata （Bl.） Hawkes contained the highest quantity of total amino acids (19.922 9 mg·g-1). The contents of aspartic acid and glutamic acid were rich in all species and leucine had the largest proportion （27%） in the total essential amino acids （no including tryptophan）
