摘要：

<正>多囊卵巢综合征（Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS）被认为是女性最常见的内分泌代谢紊乱疾病之一,在育龄期妇女中发病率高达6%15%[1～2],是导致不孕症的主要原因之一。PCOS的主要特征为排卵障碍,雄激素过多和多囊卵巢形态,且PCOS妇女出现代谢功能障碍及心血管疾病（Cardiovascular Diseases,CVD）的概率也增加,包括胰岛素抵抗
