公务员的使命效价与工作热情关系研究——基于资源保存理论视角的研究

摘要
国外研究发现,公务员的使命效价对于个体的动机与绩效具有重要影响。遗憾的是,国内关于公务员使命效价的相关研究几属空白。以厦门市294名公务员为研究样本,基于资源保存理论的视角首次在国内探索使命效价影响公务员工作热情的机制与边界条件,研究发现,公务员的使命效价能够显著地正向影响其工作热情,并且工作嵌入在其中起到了部分中介的作用;组织支持感、领导成员交换在使命效价与工作嵌入的关系中起到了正向调节作用。研究结论不仅基于资源保存理论视角扩展了我国公务员的使命效价与工作热情研究,也为贯彻"不忘初心、牢记使命"的十九大精神以及构建服务型政府提供了有益启示。
