重型颅脑损伤病人循证医学进展

摘要
目前颅脑损伤病人应用的,以提高脑灌注压和减少脑容积,以达到最优脑血管血流动力学为目标的治疗策略,以及具体如过度换气,渗透疗法,脑脊液引流,巴比妥类药物冬眠疗法,减压性部分颅骨切除术,低温疗法,正常气压下的氧疗和高压氧疗法等各种治疗手段的有效性和安全性仍然有待考证。本文回顾复习文献资料来检查每种治疗手段的临床证据。目前还没有一级证据支持目前常规应用的治疗方法。为了明确哪些治疗方法是安全的和有效的,哪些是无效的甚至是有害的,仍然需要进行良好设计的大型随机对照实验。
