摘要：

<正>腰椎间盘突出、腰椎管狭窄、腰椎滑脱等腰椎病变均是临床常见的腰椎疾病,对于这类疾病,保守治疗无效者多需要手术治疗。近年来,随着影像学技术的发展,腰椎病变的定性、定位诊断日趋精确;同时伴随着多种手术方式的问世与成熟,腰椎疾病的外科治疗亦得到长足发展。然而,临床上仍常见患者手术后症状和体征未完全缓解或暂时缓解后又出现症状甚至加重的现象,国内外学者称之为腰椎手术失败综合征(failed back surgery syndrome,FBSS)。FBSS的定义为腰椎术后仍持续存在或复发腰背痛、伴或不伴坐骨神经痛的
