仪器法与菌落计数法检测储粮微生物敏感性的比较

摘要
研究了基于酶学原理的微生物检测仪检测法(简称仪器法)及平板菌落计数检测法(简称平板法)用于储粮微生物检测的敏感性.结果表明,仪器法和平板法对于霉菌孢子检测的检测敏感性相似,不同浓度梯度孢子悬液的检测值相关性参数分别为0 9987和0 9849;对粮堆中处于生长或死亡状态的微生物检测,仪器法可测定储粮中包括菌丝、孢子在内的所有微生物生物量变化,平板法只能检测储粮中霉菌个体数量;用两种方法分别跟踪检测加湿至l8%水分,在22℃下储藏的小麦,仪器法可明显测出该小麦储藏2d后的微生物检测值变化,平板法则需8d以上.因此仪器法检测储粮微生物变化的敏感性高于平板法.
