<正>急性脑梗死是一类严重威胁老年人生命健康的重大疾病,在世界范围内发生率、病死率和致残率居高不下[1]。中国正在快速步入老龄化社会,脑梗死的发生率已有超过缺血性心脏病的发展趋势。我国每年新发脑梗死200多万人,每年需要医疗费用400多亿元,给社会和家庭带来沉重负担[2]。随着科学技术的进步和发展,影像学已经广泛应
