吡非尼酮对特发性肺纤维化治疗的研究进展

摘要：

目前,在全世界对特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者还没有被认可的药物治疗管理。吡非尼酮(甲苯吡啶酮)是一种口服的生物小分子,在各种体内、外实验中都显示出抗纤维化和抗炎的特性。在日本、北美和欧洲进行了随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的临床试验来对吡非尼酮进行评估。通过统计用力肺活量的百分率(FVC%)和肺活量的试验数据表明,吡非尼酮能够缓解IPF患者的肺功能下降率。最近对IPF第三阶段的荟萃分析研究表明,吡非尼酮能够使病情恶化的风险显著降低30%,其疗效与它的耐受性和安全性是相关的。
