摘要：

肠道屏障是人体防护的重要组成部分之一,大量临床和实验研究发现,肠道屏障的破坏或削弱会导致肠道内细菌移位,内毒素、D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶等多指标变化,与多种疾病的发生发展均相关,严重时会导致系统性炎症反应综合征(SIRS)乃至多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)。本文就肠道屏障功能与疾病发生关系的研究进展进行综述,从机理角度阐述了其防护作用及炎症发生的机制,并对肠道屏障损伤与多种疾病发生的相关性一一列举。进一步表明,对肠道屏障的检测可在重大疾病的预防及发生中起到至关重要的作用。
