摘要：

文中主要对益生菌的各种生理活性功能划分为加强粘膜屏障、抗菌作用、提高免疫力、抑制肠道疾病、抗肿瘤、降低胆固醇等6各方面进行介绍,并对益生菌的这6个方面功能活性的分子机理作为详细的总结与归纳。最后对益生菌相关研究工作做了简单展望。
