日粮添加精氨酸对肥育猪免疫功能的调节作用

以杜×(大×长)三元杂种猪为研究对象,将其分为2组,分别饲喂基础日粮和添加1%精氨酸日粮,测定试验猪血液白细胞分类计数、血清免疫球蛋白和细胞因子水平、淋巴细胞增殖活性以及脾脏IL-2、TNF-α和IFN-γ的mRNA表达水平,探讨日粮添加精氨酸对肥育猪免疫功能的调节作用。结果表明:日粮中添加1%精氨酸可显著增加单核细胞数和百分比、淋巴细胞百分比和增殖活性及血清IgG和IL-2水平,显著降低中性粒细胞数和百分比及血清TNF-α水平;明显增加脾脏IL-2和IFN-γ表达水平,降低TNF-α表达水平。结果提示,精氨酸可通过调节肥育猪的细胞和体液免疫水平,从而增强机体免疫功能。
