摘要
通过定量研究设计详细探讨了高管团队(TMT)管理协作、社会网络共同影响企业绩效的关联机制与边界条件。数据分析表明,知识转移与动态能力对社会网络-企业绩效关系有显著的中介影响,是社会网络-企业绩效作用关系传递的重要媒介因素;TMT管理协作对社会网络正向影响知识转移、资源整合与释放能力维度的作用关系有着显著的调节影响,是社会网络-企业绩效关联关系成立的重要边界条件因素。
