摘要：

急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征是多病因所致的一种急性呼吸衰竭,病死率高,严重威胁人类的健康。自1967年,急性呼吸窘迫综合征首次报道以来,对其发病机制的探讨一直是研究领域的热点。大量实验和临床证据表明,促炎和抗炎细胞因子在急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征中起关键作用。现对细胞因子在急性肺损伤和急性呼吸窘迫综合征的发病中的作用进行阐述。
