摘要：

椎间盘退变在脊柱退变性疾病过程中起着很重要的作用。炎症反应与椎间盘退变、下腰痛产生过程密切相关。近年来炎症反应学说,尤其是分子水平的细胞因子学说的研究报道很多。研究显示,肿瘤坏死因子-α参与了椎间盘退变过程并在其中发挥作用,这对于应用生物制剂治疗或阻止椎间盘退变,具有重要的临床意义。
