摘要：

术后恶心呕吐(PONV)是手术后的常见并发症,其发生机制可能和位于脑干的呕吐中枢接受体内一些催吐信号的刺激有关。影响PONV发生的因素包括:性别、吸烟、既往术后恶心和呕吐史、晕动病史、麻醉持续时间、手术类型等。5-羟色胺3受体拮抗剂目前是术后抗吐的最佳药物,对有高危因素的患者,宜采用联合用药及综合防治措施,以降低PONV的发生率。
