<正>类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是自身免疫介导的,以侵犯关节滑膜为主要特征的慢性、炎症性、系统性结缔组织病,影响全球约0.5%～1%人口,通常导致患者关节破坏和生活质量降低。可发生于任何年龄,而以40～60岁的成年人多见,女性发病率高于男性2～3倍。RA主要累
