乙型肝炎病毒基因型及亚型的研究现状

摘要：

目的综述乙型肝炎病毒基因型及亚型的地理分布特点及其与临床的关系。方法查阅和总结了近几年国内、外报道的相关文献。结果现已发现乙型肝炎病毒有8种基因型,其中6种基因型已分出基因亚型,并且其地理分布及与临床关系都具有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论基因型及基因亚型的地域性分布和其与临床的密切联系为乙型肝炎的控制和治疗提供了指导方向。
