摘要：

自杀的人际关系理论认为一个人要实施自杀行为必须同时具备受挫的归属感、知觉到的累赘感和习得的自杀能力三要素。文章首先分别论述了受挫的归属感、知觉到的累赘感和习得的自杀能力及其交互作用与自杀风险之间的关系;然后介绍了相关实证研究对自杀的人际关系理论的验证和应用;第三介绍了自杀的人际关系理论的临床应用价值:一是为自杀风险评估发展了新工具,二是为自杀干预指明了新方向;第四对进一步研究进行了展望,如未来研究应采用纵向追踪的研究设计对各种不同文化背景的群体进行验证,在此基础上深入探索该理论的心理机制,为科学评估和干预自杀风险提供新的依据。
