<正>随着我国人口老龄化趋势加剧,骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)及其所致的脆性骨折越来越多,成为严重影响老年人生活质量和生命健康的主要问题之一[1]。骨质疏松性骨折主要涉及桡骨远端、肱骨近端、髋部和脊柱等部位,此类骨折的合并症多,致死率高,以髋部骨折为例,年死亡率高达30%[2]。美国每年因骨质疏松性骨折花费的医疗费用高达180亿美元[3]。因此,提高对老年骨质疏松性骨折特性的认识、加强预防、选择正确的治疗
