<正>陈旧性骨盆骨折的手术治疗对任何一个创伤骨科医生都是严峻的挑战,由于陈旧性骨盆骨折的发生率较低,相关文献报道也少。Kanakaris等[1]荟萃分析了1965年至2008年间有关陈旧性骨盆骨折的文献25篇共437例骨盆骨折畸形愈合或不愈合患者,总骨折愈合率为86.0%(376/437),疼痛缓解率为92.9%(406/437),患者满意率为78.9%(345/437),但仅50.0%(218/437)的患者恢复至受伤前的活动水平;有较高的并发症发生率,包括5.3%(20/378)神经损伤、5.0%(19/378)深静脉血栓形成、1.9%(7/378)肺栓塞和1.6%(6/378)深部切口感染。一致的观点
