摘要
血浆高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein,HDL)通过其载脂蛋白A-I(apolipoprotein A-I,ApoA-I)介导胆固醇逆向转运,呈现抗动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)功能。近来大量研究结果显示高密度脂蛋白的多种抗AS、抗炎功能与胆固醇代谢无关,而是由其联结的鞘氨醇-1-磷酸(sphingosine 1-phosphate,S1P)和ApoA-I分别通过S1P受体和清道夫受体B-I(scavenger receptor class BI,SR-BI)介导的细胞内信号通路来实现。
