摘要
综述了国外对植物精油的萃取方法,同时也总结了这些方法的原理、优点及研究现状。主要包括:水蒸气蒸馏、同时蒸馏萃取、无溶剂微波萃取、微波辅助萃取(MASDE、MAHD、MAD、MASD、MHG)、超声波萃取或超声波辅助萃取、超临界CO2流体萃取、亚临界水萃取、同时蒸馏-静置顶空液相微萃取。目前精油已被广泛用于杀菌、杀毒、抗生剂、杀虫剂、医疗和化妆品,尤其在制药、保健、美容、农业和食品工业方面得到了广泛地应用。
