摘要：

肝细胞癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,肝切除术和肝移植是其最重要的治疗方法,但术后肿瘤的高复发率显著降低了长期存活率。微血管侵犯(MVI)可预测术后肿瘤复发的风险,是肝切除术后复发的独立危险因素。临床应重点关注如何制定经组织病理学检查证实MVI的肝细胞癌病人的术后抗复发措施,以及应用预测模型指导外科治疗方法的个体化选择,明确复发预防重点对象,提高抗复发的效率。
