越鞠甘麦大枣汤调节小鼠海马PKA-CREB-BDNF信号通路的抗抑郁作用(英文)

摘要
目的探讨越鞠甘麦大枣汤(YG)的抗抑郁功效及其与PKA-CREB-BDNF信号通路的关联。方法强迫游泳(FST)检测越鞠甘麦大枣汤单次给药后抗抑郁的时效性。慢性不可预测模型(CMS)进一步检测越鞠甘麦大枣汤在抑郁模型上的抗抑郁作用。蛋白印迹表达法检测越鞠甘麦大枣汤单次给药30min和24h后海马中PKA、CREB、BDNF的蛋白表达。结果YG在FST中显示出持久的抗抑郁潜力,并且快速逆转了慢性应激小鼠的抑郁样行为。在慢性小鼠模型中,海马中PKA,CREB和BDNF的表达显著上调。结论越鞠甘麦大枣汤(YG)显示出快速和持久的抗抑郁样作用,其抗抑郁功能与PKACREB-BNDF通路有关。
