血清NSE及TGF-β1在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的临床价值

摘要
为探讨血清转化生长因子 - β1 ( TGF- β1 )及神经元特异性烯醇化酶 ( NSE)与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病( HIE)的关系及其意义 ,采用 Elisa法和放免分析法 ,对 5 9例不同程度 HIE患儿血清 TGF- β1 及 NSE水平进行了动态测定 (伤后 2 4小时、3~ 5天、7天 ) ,并与 2 0例正常儿脐血和 11例无脑病患儿血清进行对照。结果发现 ,血清TGF- β1 于损伤后即降低 ,其降低程度及时间与 HIE程度有关 ,以伤后 2 4小时左右最低 ,3~ 5天逐渐增高 ;死亡者血清 TGF-β1 持续降低。血清 NSE变化与 TGF-β1 相反 ,中、重度 HIE在伤后 2 4小时左右增高明显 ,其程度及时间与 HIE程度有关。认为测定血清 TGF- β1 和 NSE水平可判定新生儿 HIE的严重程度 ,动态观测两指标可协助判定 HIE患儿的预后
