摘要
<正>骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种常见的临床关节疾病[1],随着现代社会人群预期寿命的增加,本病的患病率和发病率均呈上升趋势[2]。虽然目前对于OA的发病机制仍不明确,但炎症在其中扮演的重要角色则是毋庸置疑的。临床上治疗OA的目标主要是控制疼痛、维持或改善关节的活动性和功能,以及改善与健康相关的生活质量,而治疗方案一般采用教育、药物及手术等方式的组合[3],在针对发病机制方面的治疗仍有待研究。肠道菌群是由500多种
