快速提取大葱细胞质DNA的方法

摘要：

经匀浆 -差速离心 -裂解 -纯化等步骤 ,可获得纯度较高的胞质DNA ,DNA产率 1～ 2 μg·g-1(FW )。此法比传统的方法用材少 ,对仪器的要求不高 ,成本低 ,提取时间短 ,每人每天可提取 2 4个样品 ,适合大量样品分析。
