摘要
基于技术接受模型(TAM)构建研究模型,通过分析文献和研究调研并提出扩展,以社群影响、系统特性、相关经验、个人差异、感知有用性、感知易用性、感知风险为自变量,分析这些因素对消费者LBS服务接受意向的影响,并对最终模型的假设条件用统计软件进行验证。实证分析结果表明,社群影响、系统特性、相关经验、个人差异、感知有用性、感知易用性显著影响消费者LBS服务的使用行为。
