摘要
<正>关节软骨是一种非常有效的摩擦学系统,可在各种负荷(压力)和滑动速度中提供低摩擦以防止磨损[1]。关节的最佳功能依赖于软骨的最低摩擦系数环境的维持[2];有关关节软骨的润滑机制尚未完全清楚,其可能的机制包括:流体力学润滑、边界润滑、弹性变形、流体压力等[3]。虽然有关软骨润滑的摩擦学机制是多因素的,但在边界润滑体系中,机械负荷在接触表面的粗糙的固体-固体之间传导,该传导表面是由一个薄的润滑分子层分离[5]。润滑素(lubricin)作为软骨表
