摘要：

<正>脑卒中是一种严重威胁人类健康和生命的常见病,具有高发病率、高复发率、高病死率、高致残率的特点。据统计脑卒中感觉障碍的发生率为65%[1],其中又以本体感觉障碍的发生率最高,约占47.7%,因上肢功能康复的时间及效果要远远落后于下肢,其中肩关节结构及功能的复杂性又使脑卒中后肩关节本体感觉康复成为难点。
