结核性脑膜炎脑脊液中腺苷脱氨酶活性的测定

摘要：

本实验采用生化比色法,对结核性脑膜炎和其他一些疾病的脑脊液各32例进行了腺苷脱氨酶活性(ADA)测定。结脑ADA值为18.24±2.36u/L(x±S_x),非结脑为1.43±0.21u/L(x±S_x),二者比较差别显著(P<0.001)。
