摘要：

技术多元化对企业绩效有重要影响,但缺乏其对新产品开发绩效影响的研究。采用中国汽车产业534家企业的专利数据和新产品数据,将技术多元化划分为相关技术多元化和非相关技术多元化,研究技术多元化对新产品开发绩效的影响,并探讨了知识一致性在二者之间的调节作用。实证结果表明:相关技术多元化与新产品开发绩效呈倒U型关系,非相关技术多元化正向影响新产品开发绩效;知识一致性在相关技术多元化、非相关技术多元化与新产品开发绩效之间均起正向调节作用。
